I am a qualified hypnotherapist and EFT/matrix practitioner. My therapy uses elements of different therapies or one at a time, depending on what would be best for the client at the time.

Before becoming a therapist I worked as a professional flautist and music teacher for most of my career. Music still runs very deeply in my soul and being.

I have always been interested in people’s stories and self development. I have always searched for knowledge and understanding. I am fascinated by people, spirituality, how energy works, philosophy and figuring out how people operate and behave. I am intuitive and observant about people.

Based in Lymington, Hampshire, I offer online and in person therapy sessions.
